Welcome to the Student Information System (JICS) for Southeastern University.

The JICS system allows students, faculty, and staff to view select data conveniently using almost any web browser. Among other things, students can register for courses, view grades, and pay their bill; faculty can view their courses and their advisee information.

Once you are logged in, students can click on the available tabs to access the course schedule, grades, and other student information. You can get more help by clicking on the question mark at the right hand side of any header bar.

Faculty can go to the “Faculty” and “Faculty Advising” tab to access your courses, manage enrollment permission requests, see advisee data, etc. You can get more help by clicking on the question mark at the right hand side of any header bar.

Passwords

Southeastern recommends that you change your password for JICS after logging in.

  • At the top of the page, to the right of your name, click on “Personal Info”
  • Then click on the “Password” tab
  • Enter your old password and then enter your new password.
  • Select “Save”

If for some reason you forget your password, you can request a password reset after a failed login attempt. The system should automatically reset your password and email you the new, temporary password. After a password reset, please change your password back to something you can remember
